TERMS OF SERVICE
as the artist i maintain the right to post commissioned work on social media and in my portfolio. if you would like to keep your piece private, please let me know.
as the client commissions should be used for personal use only. a licensing fee must be paid for commercial (for-profit) use.
payment you can either purchase one of my services entirely through ko-fi, or pay in two installments (50% before and 50% after completion). this can be done through ko-fi or paypal invoice.
refunds i allow full refunds before a sketch has been approved. after that i do not offer any form of refund.
my updated wait time is shown on my queue. this time may vary project to project. i do not have a rush fee, so if i can't get a piece done within your due date i won't accept it.
